Our Background

The Salako Maven Foundation (SMF) (originallyknown as Dr. Abimbola Salako Foundation) was consummated as an entity to coordinate, nurture, oversee, manage, execute, market and finance innovative projects capable of contributing positively to the general well-being of Nigerians especially in the areas of Robotics and Artificial Intelligence in a strong collaboration and corporate synergy with the Lagos Chapter of the Nigeria Computer Society (NCS).

AIMS & OBJECTIVES
To create a forum whereby competitions in specific areas of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) are organized among computing students and adequately rewarded.
To organize robust and targeted mentoring programmes for development of ICT skills towards creation of employment opportunities for our youths.
To identify the creative talents and abilities of our youths and apply information technology tools and resources to nurture, catalyze and develop such talents into expert skills and competences.
To promote the growth of entrepreneurship and capacity building in our communities via practical, skillful and hands-on training.
